On October 1, 2009, from 5 to 7pm, the Columbia University Center for the Study of Human Rights will host a panel discussion on "The Machinery of Repression in China" in association with the Asian American Alliance and Scholars at Risk. A book signing will follow the discussion. The event will take place at the Roone Arledge Cinema, in the Lerner Hall, at Broadway and West 115th Street (entrance on campus side). The event is free and open to the public.
