The University of Iowa Center for Human Rights will celebrate its 10th year this fall with a series of speakers, films and other activities, including a conference on November 13th and 14th. SAR scholar Mehrangiz Kar will speak on gender and human rights in Iran as part of an afternoon panel on the 14th.
