Türkiye: SAR files submission to the UN Universal Periodic Review

On October 11, 2024, SAR submitted a report on Türkiye to the United Nations Universal Periodic Review (UPR). The report focuses on the continued suppression of political expression on campus within the higher education community in Türkiye. Türkiye now ranks in the bottom ten percent of states worldwide for respect for academic freedom.
