Hungary: SAR files submission to the UN Universal Periodic Review

In April 2026, SAR submitted a report on Hungary to the United Nations Universal Periodic Review (UPR). The report, written in collaboration with the Human Rights Centre of Ghent University, focuses on the multi-year process of governance capture, legal centralization, and systematic encroachments on institutional autonomy.
