Join SAR-Sweden, the V-Dem Institute, and SAR on Tuesday, December 10 from 3:oo – 4:00 PM EST for a webinar discussing the Free to Think 2024 report and the Academic Freedom Index!
Amy Kapit, Senior Program Officer for Advocacy at SAR, will provide recent insights and research into the state of academic freedom worldwide, as well as actions that intergovernmental bodies and states can take to defend higher education communities globally. Meanwhile, Evangelia Papada, Research and Policy Analyst from the V-Dem Institute, will share key data points from the Academic Freedom Index amidst rising authoritarianism around the world.
