Scholars at Risk Session at 2017 Visegrad Summer School

The 2017 Visegrad Summer School, hosted by the Villa Decius Association in Krakow, will feature a session on Scholars at Risk on Thursday, July 6th.

The summer school brings together university graduates, PhD researchers, students and young professionals from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Belarus, Romania, Russia, the Ukraine and Poland to deepen and advance their knowledge on regional and global challenges, to eliminate mutual stereotypes and build ties and friendly relations. The programme includes lectures, debates and workshops on current political, cultural and social challenges in the region, within Europe and around the world. SAR’s European Director, Sinead O’Gorman will represent SAR at the event and inside meetings about a future SAR Poland section.
