As an Intern for SAR’s Advocacy team, Isabelle researches and drafts reports on attacks against scholars for the Academic Freedom Monitoring Project and monitors cases for the Scholars-in-Prison Project. Before joining SAR, Isabelle served as a Development Assistant at UJA-Federation of New York. She has also interned with Human Rights Matter, the World Policy Institute, and Art for Refugees in Transition (A.R.T.). She graduated from Bard College in 2018 with a B.A. in Global and International Studies and plans to begin her graduate studies in September 2020.
