As Program Assistant for Protection Services, Juliet helps review applications from potentially at-risk scholars. Prior to SAR, she has focused her academic and professional pursuits on migration, human rights, and education. She has completed internships at the German Parliament, IIEP-UNESCO, and the International Institute of New England, worked as a research assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Georgetown University, and taught English in Germany for a year via the Fulbright. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and German Studies from Williams College and an M.A. in German and European Studies (with a certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies) from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
