On February 11, 2025, members of Raised Fist, a far-left, anti-fascist student group, and members of the Union Nationale Interuniversitaire (UNI), a right-wing student group, clashed at University of Toulouse-Jean Jaurès’ Mirail campus. At least three students were injured.
Early in the morning, as UNI members were distributing flyers related to the upcoming university elections in front of the university’s metro station, a group of students affiliated with Raised Fist began shouting at them and attempted to forcibly take the flyers.
