Wenner-Gren Foundations

Knowledge Foundation

The Knowledge Foundation (KK-stiftelsen) launches a call for Sweden’s university colleges and new universities (22 of Sweden’s higher education institutions) for their employment of scholars from Ukraine.

The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences – Scholarships for Ukrainian scientists in Sweden

Ukrainian citizens can apply for funding to carry out their research in Sweden during, or in connection with, the ongoing war. The research shall be conducted at a Swedish university or at one of the research institutes of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research – SSF individual grants for Ukrainian scientists 2022

The researcher can apply for a maximum of 3 MSEK for up to three years. A letter of intent must be submitted by the Swedish host institution confirming employment. The researcher must conduct strategic research within SSF’s areas: Natural Science, Engineering or Medicine.
SSF supports Ukrainian researchers with 30 million SEK (strategiska.se)

Euraxess Sweden

This specific initiative wants to support researchers of Ukraine by providing them with an overview of all existing actions at European and national levels.
